Refund Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your GripMobi Products please let us know, as we will coordinate the process to return your item.

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return.

If you would like to initiate a return, please do not send the item back to us without contacting us first at info@gripmobi.com

The product should be returned to the address provided by our team. We recommend using trackable shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or errors by the delivery company. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be processed, excluding the cost of insured shipping which is non-refundable.

Please Note: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gripmobi.com

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We will not issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information. If you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you can provide proof of the package being lost, you may be eligible for a reshipment. Please contact us at info@gripmobi.com with the necessary documentation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item/quantity, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@gripmobi.com and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will address the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering an exchange gift card for use on gripmobi.com

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once it's shipped, please follow the return procedures to begin the process of a return.

Address Changes

For address modifications on in-transit orders, please contact the carrier directly. GripMobi is not responsible for address changes once the order is shipped.
