Refunds & Exchange
Within 60 days of delivery, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your GripMobi Products please let us know, as we will coordinate the process to return your item.
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information. If you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
- Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you can provide proof of the package being lost, you may be eligible for a reshipment. Please contact us at info@gripmobi.com with the necessary documentation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once it's shipped, please follow the return procedures to begin the process of a return.
Address Changes
For address modifications on in-transit orders, please contact the carrier directly. GripMobi is not responsible for address changes once the order is shipped.
